DALLAS | HOUSTON | AUSTIN - With the help of I.T. (information technology) community events produced by Techxans, the Technology Executives Network, information technology executives and business professionals are helping to boost the slumping economy by increasing their level of business networking activities.

"As we hear about the economy slowing down, it is in our best interest to boost the economy by uniting partners in our community, defining new possibilities and, ultimately, resulting in the generation of new business," said Pam Terry, Executive Director & Co-Founder of Techxans.

"The Techxans organization has been around since 2000.  We help promote the cohesiveness of the Information Technology sector & the overall business community by creating insightful and valuable events that benefit everyone, and in today's case, with our community events and association, we are helping to boost the economy,"  said Anthony Huang, Founder and CEO of Techxans. 

Techxans was formed in 2000, and is celebrating their passionate involvement in ensuring the success of the I.T. Community by creating both executives’ networking mixers and educational CIO Panel Forums throughout Texas.  Approaching their 9th year in existence, Techxans is also bringing attention to the local communities with their "Inspire Me Program" focusing on inspiring High School Seniors and College Freshmen to embrace "technology", such as Computer Science and Information Systems, as a career. 

During the upcoming Techxans Technology Executives Networking events in three cities: Dallas on December 3rd at the famous Hotel Za Za's DragonFly Restaurant, December 4th at the five star Polo's Signature Restaurant in Houston, and December 11th at Dona Emilias in Austin, there will also be toys collected to be donated to the American Red Cross' designated military families who are in need. Attendance at these Executives Networking Holiday Mixers are free of charge and senior business professionals are encouraged to attend to ensure that everyone does their part in helping to sustain the growth of the economy.  News and Media are welcome at these three "open" networking functions.   We hope you will come out and see how I.T. will continue to Rock the Economy!
